How do I submit my photo?

Select your crystal size, then email your high-resolution (300 dpi provides the best results) photo to christina@keepsakecrystals.com. Add a name, year, or short message to make it truly one of a kind. For the best results, use a high-resolution image with good lighting and a clear subject.

What makes a good photo for engraving?

The best photos have:

  • A clear, well-lit subject with good contrast
  • A simple or uncluttered background
  • High resolution (at least 300 DPI or 1MB+ file size)
  • A single focal point (one face, one paw print, one portrait)

Can I add a name or message to my crystal?

Absolutely! During checkout you can add a name, date, short quote, or personal message to be engraved alongside your image. This is included at no extra charge.

How long does production take?

Each crystal is made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you offer LED bases?

Yes! An LED base makes your crystal glow beautifully and really brings the engraving to life. You can add one to your order at checkout.

What if I'm not happy with my crystal?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there's a defect or error on our part, we'll remake your crystal at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.

Please note that because each crystal is custom-made to your specifications, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. We recommend reviewing your photo and personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

How should I care for my crystal?

Your crystal is durable but should be handled with care. To clean it, simply wipe with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Keep it away from direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve its clarity.
